Time for another cake to put in the gallery!
This time, it was a cake for a sweet 16 party, Tiffany & Co inspired colors and all.
I think zebra print decorations are becoming my specialty…
Tips/Tricks: When you’re making a fondant bow, shape fondant and allow to harden prior to putting it on the cake. Fondant hardens and holds its shape really well. It’s best to allow pieces to sit 12-24 hours or until completely hardened. After you construct the bow on the cake, it’s best not to put the cake/bow in the refrigerator. The temperature change and change in humidity from the fridge to the open air may cause the fondant to soften and loose its shape.
